Taylor Hyundai ‘s Favorite Hyundai SEMA Concepts

Taylor Hyundai would love to be at all the automotive events where Hyundai has a display of special new Hyundai vehicles. However, that's not feasible so we make an effort to stay abreast of what Hyundai is displaying at auto shows and share the information with you.

Lately, we've been fascinated by all the specifics surrounding Hyundai vehicles displayed at the 2012 SEMA Show. This year, the determined automaker along with capable tuning groups, has put out a total of seven SEMA models.  We gathered a list of our favorites.  Feel free to peruse the list and leave a comment on our blog about which you like best.

Cosworth Racing Series Concept: Unveils a revamped 3.8-liter Hyundai V6 engine with new controller mapping, cold air intake, and high-flow exhaust.  The model puts out 396 horsepower and 325 pounds per feet of torque. On the outside, the concept wears a carbon fiber body kit as well as a satin blue paint job.

The HATCI Velocity: Produced jointly with the automaker's design, technology, and engineering arm, the Velocity encompasses a "lift-reducing" rear spoiler, Katzkin custom suede interior materials, aero side skirt lip, and storage space for helmets. Under the hood, the Hyundai auto reaches 400-hp and 350 lb-ft of torque.

Bisimoto Elantra GT: This model was enveloped in a multi-color body wrap so the outside is as noticeable as this auto's insides. The experts at Bisimoto revamped the Elantra 1.8-liter powerplant, turbocharge it, and extract a stunning 602 horsepower and 409 pounds per feet of torque.
